Cancellation and rebooking terms without cancellation protection. Free cancellation and rebooking is available until 6:00 PM two (2) days prior to arrival.

For cancellations or changes made after 6:00 PM two (2) days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

 

Cancellation and rebooking terms with cancellation protection (SEK 295/room). Free cancellation and rebooking is available until 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, regardless of the reason. No medical certificate is required. The full cost of your stay will be refunded, excluding the cancellation protection fee.

For cancellations or changes made after 11:00 AM on the day of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

 

When rebooking, any difference in price may apply.

Bookings made online must also be cancelled online.
